The warehouse keeper can view and control the inventory of all warehouse levels (floors, halls, shelves, etc.) at any moment.

After registering the inventory of items counted in the warehouse, the warehouse keeper sends the list to the warehouse system for control and approval, typically confirmed by a higher-level manager. A periodic inventory document is then recorded, and the warehouse inventory is adjusted accordingly.

Through the inventory management application, the warehouse employee can view reports for all warehouses in real-time, even when not connected to the internet.

Goods Traffic Management (movement of goods within warehouse levels)

The warehouse keeper can use this application to view reports on items with the highest outflow from the warehouse or items with the highest inventory in the warehouse. Additionally, the Zarin Warehouse Management application identifies items that have the highest outflow compared to the inflow, meaning high-traffic items, and reports them to the warehouse keeper.

Managing the inventory cardex

At any moment, the storekeeper can view the online report of the cardex for a specific item, showing how much of this item has been entered or exited from the system.

Inventory Transfers

Inventory transfers" is one of the key features of the Zarin Inventory Management application, allowing warehouse personnel to record warehouse transfer documents at any moment for moving goods between different warehouses.
